“Cully (Sizemore), a two-bit hustler and the driving force for a Baja drug cartel, finds himself counting on skilled-but-reluctant bounty hunter, Turk (Sidhu), to remain out of the grasps of a cruel murderer (Kevin Gage), and harsh thugs led by a rival gang chief (Noel Gugliemi) after Cully has stolen a cash automotive full of money meant for his boss (Raymond J.
